3 1/4" Lost!!!

Here are my measurements for this month,
I Lost:
.5" around my waist
2" off my hipps/butt
.5" around my thighs
.1/4" off my arms

This is really cool to be able to feel my hard work paying off!!

Weighing in....

I weighed in today and I am at (drum roll please.....) 131.7!!!!!!! I have officially lost just over 30 pounds AND I have met my brother-in-law challenge!!! WWOOOOHOOOO!!! I also got to open my gift form Christy (my oldest sister), as I was opening it I was thinking (please be a target card, please be a target card) and it was!!! I have been wanting this shirt from target and I knew Christy shopped there!!!! I am sooo excited. Measurement loss will be posted on Saturday....

"I" for Isabelle

Isabelle was playing with these puzzle pieces and then she said "look mom I made an "i" for Isabelle" I was so proud!! I also realized how much she is growing up!!

odd post...

OK so I had asked for a full length mirror for my birthday and instead I got other great stuff! But I still had no mirror, the only mirror in our house is on the very small medicine cabinet in the bathroom (which BTW you have to stand up on the bathtub and hold onto the shower curtain rod to see your body in). So one day I was going to close the blinds and one small window looks out to the garage/storage thing that we inherited with the house, anyway I looked out and I saw a full length mirror just sitting there (very dirty but still just sitting there) So I ran out and checked to see if it was rusted and unusable or just dirty...It was just dirty!!! So Isabelle and I brought it in to clean it up and I now have a full length mirror!!

Jon set Kimberlin down to play the other night and we were listening to music and this is what she did:-) We were cracking up for like five minutes straight....hope it makes you smile! By the way she is sooooo close to crawling....

Spinach Ricotta Pizza

I have been trying a lot of new recipes and this one Spinach-Ricotta Pizza was one that Isabelle (and Kimberlin from her walker:) made. We made the pizza dough from scratch and the pizza sauce from scratch!!! It was a fun adventure for us and she was so proud to see the finish product!! So the outcome of the pizza was that it made pretty cool pics and didn't taste that great:( It was just pretty bland, so needless to say the whole "make-the-pizza-from-scratch" phase is finished!! On to more exciting recipes...maybe not as pretty though....

Weigh day...

Weighing in at 134 I lost .3 pounds which isn't huge but I am still dropping! So if I can lose 1 more pound this week then I will get to open my envelope from my sister, Christy!! One more pound...I can do this!!!

Apples, Apples, Apples

When I was out in Colorado Nesta had mentioned that since she discovered all the different types of apples and that her kids had grown to love them, so when I was grocery shopping I bought at least on of every type of apple I could find...since it is apple season there were a lot to pick from. So anyway I bought a red rome, a pink lady, a granny smith, a red delicious and an empire apple (there was one more called a yellow something but I already took the sticker off). Anyway growing up I had only had over-ripe red apples and I disliked the mushiness, so every night, Isabelle, Jon and I set out to discover a new great tasting fruit!! It has been really fun!!!

Craft Time

I am always looking for cool craft stuff to do with Belle during the day, this one I found and it was super cool. We went outside and collected our leaves then we cut out letters and made placemats with wax paper (who knew it ironed together???) Way cool and she was sooo proud!
