New Weigh Day!!

I am starting a new weigh day bc I start training tomorrow for my 10k and Sundays will be my only day off from running so I want to weigh then! It will hopefully motivate me all week! This week I weighed in 130.1 , so I lost 1.6 pounds!!! I am super stoked!! 5 more pounds to hit my goal!! My training starts tomorrow and I am really excited to get back in the gym and start burning some major calories! Thanks for following my journey....
