I have never made Stuffed Bell Peppers and every month I try at least three new recipes, this one made the cut this week! I am not a huge bell pepper fan myself, but I guess with age they are growing on me. Anyway they turned out pretty good the stuffing part was really delicous and Jon liked them so that was nice to have another meal to make. If you want to try them let me know and I'll email you the recipe.
