Apples, Apples, Apples

When I was out in Colorado Nesta had mentioned that since she discovered all the different types of apples and that her kids had grown to love them, so when I was grocery shopping I bought at least on of every type of apple I could find...since it is apple season there were a lot to pick from. So anyway I bought a red rome, a pink lady, a granny smith, a red delicious and an empire apple (there was one more called a yellow something but I already took the sticker off). Anyway growing up I had only had over-ripe red apples and I disliked the mushiness, so every night, Isabelle, Jon and I set out to discover a new great tasting fruit!! It has been really fun!!!
