Snack Time

Since I started my weight loss journey I am always looking for good snacks that I love. My friend Jessica discovered this one and man it is soooooo yummy!!! The cheese only has 35 cal. for one wedge and 2g of fat. The bread is 100 cal. and 1g of fat and a whopping 5g of fiber! For Weight Watcher people the bread is 1 point for both slices, and the cheese is 1 point too!! A 2 point snack is really great!!
